Please do not send details of your bank cards to our web site by email as we have not yet made all the necessary security safeguards. If we have enough demand for a service we will look into the possibility of doing so in the future.
If you wish to pay by debit card please telephone us with your card details, when we have confirmed that all the goods you require are still available and have applied the postal and insurance costs we will contact you with the total price for your agreement. If you make payment by cheque we reserve the right to send the goods when the cheque has cleared. Cheques to be made out to LIBRITZ STAMPS.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit card at the shop. Credit cards accepted with a 2.5% surcharge.
Sterling Cheque, Postal Order, Money Order or Bankers Draft to be made out to Libritz Stamps. Please do not send cash by post.
When you have decided what you wish to order, you can send a list by email, fax or letter. If you prefer to discuss your order, please 'phone during business hours, if possible. We will then send you a quote, including the post and packing required. After payment has been received, we will dispatch the order. If you have any problems, we will always exchange items or refund if you are not entirely happy. Any goods returned must be sent well packed with proof of posting.
Goods will be despatched as quickly as possible by recorded or Special Delivery as soon as your payment has been cleared. All postage charges, including packaging, to be added to the total order price.
